Help with the new IE7 on my DVD Drive

Ever since I've installed the IE 7 upgrade, whenever I look at files on a CD or DVD using "explore" . . . .files, folders, pictures, whatever . . .doesn't matter what it is, all have an IE icon. Why is it doing this and how do I make it show regular folders and program icons again. This is MADDENING!

It's only when I look at things on my DVD drive . . . just going to My Documents or My Computer or whatever . . .everything is as it should be.

 

Try right clicking on a image file, and select "open with", then choose default program. Then migrate to the default program you wish to use. Making sure ye select the box "Always use the selected program....". Press ok. Does this fix it?
