Help with TV card

I have a new All-in-WonderHD (AIWHD) video card, which worked when it was first installed. I was using ATI's Catalyst Media Center. The video, however, was squeezed, so that a 16:9 format was turned into a 4:3 and applying the 4:3 format to that only squeezed it tighter. So I thought I'd give Windows MC a try. Then the tuner was lost.

Long story short, Windows apparently removed the drivers for the tuner. Reinstalled them and got the tuner device back. But now the msg is "The TV function cannot be opened."

I have gotten to this point after uninstalling, reinstalling, downloading the latest drivers, (as of 4/8/09, as a matter of fact), and then finally getting the drivers reinstalled.

But how do I get that TV function back? I have rebooted repeatedly after all the installs and uninstalls, etc.

HELP?
