help with ulead DVD player not playing entire DVD

    I am a complete minor geek and dont understand why my DVD software (ulead DVD player 1.1) will not play an entire DVD. It doesnt matter if the DVD is a burned one or an original bought one, 3/4 of the way thru the computer crashes and refuses to play any further. I presume I probably need to download an update, but am confused by the ulead website and cant find software with exactly the same name. :rolleyes: Please help a novice. Thanks
