help with win 7 error 0xc0000135

    cannot get software for my razer mouse to run keep getting error 0xc0000135
    ran mg tools and here are my results please help!:confused

    Make sure you have the required version of .NET Framework installed.

    ok uninstalled .net framework 4 extended...downloaded and installed .net framework 4.5.... still get the same error message:(

    Thanks for the logs. Unfortunately, they don't include information about your system hardware, so I need you to do the following:

    First, download a program called Speccy from the following page:

    Install the program. No need to configure anything.
    Run the program and let it analyze your system (takes less than 30 seconds). When it finishes click FILE >>Save As Text
    Save the text file to your desktop (any name you wish).
    Go to your desktop and open the text file with Notepad (just double click on it).
    Edit out the serial numbers by clicking on Edit >> Find, and searching for the word "serial". Remove all lines that contain serial numbers.
    Save the file.
    Zip it up the way you did the other logs.
    Post another message in this thread with the file attached.

    That will give people here something to work with in diagnosing your problem.

    Please take a look at this, paying attention to the last part:

    The last part says:

    Personally, I favor installing all the versions of .NET. It's too big of a hassle for me dealing with what works with what. Anyway looks like you need .NET 3.5 if you don't have it already...

    Thank you for the Speccy report. It too indicates that you do not have v4.0 of .NET Framework installed. My guess is that your problem will be solved once you install that particular distribution.

    I didn't either!
    Also when you look in the registry at HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Net Framework Setup\NDP you won't see 4.5.
    You have to open \v4\Full then look in the right pane under release. 4.5 shows up there.

    I spent time yesterday running verifier, examining registries and taking notes on the three XP computers and three Win 7's in the house. Of course I have four different setups on the six computers. No wonder I can't keep straight which computer has which NET version.

    ok...tried to install .net 3.5 when I go to run the exe nothing happens..tried different download locals same response...tried it after and before I uninstalled .net 4.5 please help:(

    I clicked on Programs and Features then in the left pane I clicked Turn Windows Features on or off.
