Help with wireless network

    Here if Afghanistan I got on the wireless sat network for internet. I almost never get anything but low or very low, or dropped signal strength. I have a Belkin PCMCIA wireless card with updated drivers. Just wondering if I bought an external one with a small antena if that would be better, or anything I can do to improve signal strength?
