Help! Zone Alarm Pro blocks ethernet

Hi gang...........
I am sharing a Dial Up internet connection between two XP PCs using ethernet crossover cable, it works fine.
BUT if I use Zone Alarm Pro on the server it blocks the server from any & all connections that the NIC asks for.

Example from Zone Alarm Alert Log:
Description Packet sent from 207.194.36.185 (TCP Port 62534) to 70.42.185.113 forums.pcworld.com (HTTP) was blocked

Ethernet is set to trusted in Zone Alarm firewall as it should be:

Zone Trusted
Entry Type Network
IP Address / Site 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0

I have searched forums but none apply directly to my problem.
