    i keep getting messages saying i have a corrupt file and to run chkdsk and when i restart my computer chkdsk runs and deletes a lot of "corrupt attribute record"s, and also a message comes up saying something like "vsmon.exe was terminated in an unusual way" and then my zone alarm firewall stops working. anyone know what my problem is?

    vsmon.exe is the main operational file of ZoneAlarm.

    I would unistall ZoneAlarm and reinstall it clean.
    Or "not" keep old settings.
