More often than not when I am on the internet it freezes and the message "program is not responding" pops up. Why is that and how can I fix it????:cry

Make sure Windows, your browser, and your spyware/antiviris software are all up to date. Delete your temporary internet files (CCleaner is good for this) Run your spyware scans regularly. If that doesn't help you can try reading and running these steps to clean your PC of malware:
