Help!!!!!!!!!!

I am new to this website and to computers. I keep getting a message that says that I have Spyware. I was told about this site and wanted to see if I could get some help. I keep getting these icons that appear on my desktop that say Spyware and I'm afraid of getting a virus. I was wondering if there is any downloads on this website that will help me. I keep getting a message that says that i have active spywear on my computer. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
