    My computer is going hay wires. I need help very badly. It states that I have a Virut virus on threat level 8 in my computer. Alot of my applications are not working, and it seems that it has removed my error cleaner so I purtchased a new one and the computer is still going crazy. Please help? I don't know how to fix this.

    Help, During download for service pack 3 for windows xp, I shut puter off, now when I reboot, I get welcome screen, then screen goes black, I tried staring in safe mode only get black screen. I don't have windows recovery disk. What can I do to save puter, I have lots of family pictures and work information on puter. Any help would be apppreciated.PLEASE Help.................SERVICE PAck 3 froze during install, could quit just shut off puter
