    :cry o.k so my pc wont open any internet page it sends a pop-up that says the specific module not found :cry

    Are those the exact words? If not, please post exactly what error is coming up.
    It would also help if you posted what browser (as well as version number) you are using. What version of windows are you running? Have you tried a different browser? If so, what happened?
