is there a way to make my laptop cpu faster it runs at 1.90ghz wont to run at like 2.4ghz ppl say overclock but i down wont to do that can you help me:-D

 

If you want the PC to run faster, there are other options instead of attempting to overclock the CPU:

* Download and run Advanced Windows Care Free (in the downloads section). It will fix registry errors, allow you to disable unneeded startup programs and defrag the hard drive -- all of which may speed things up.

* If you're using McAfee or Norton for antivirus and/or security, consider switching to an AV program (such as AVG or Avast free editions) that uses less system resources.

* How much memory is installed in the PC? If you have less than 1GB (XP) or 2GB (Vista or Win 7), go to www.crucial.com and check to see if your make/model can handle a memory upgrade.
