    i'm having a serious problem. everytime i log onto internet explorer it shuts off after 5 minutes and then i have continous popups undering the name 680186.net or something like that that sends me popups. i downloaded the hijack this software but sadly cannot understand it, i'm not good at computer language. if i could get some help that would be GREAT!

    Hi Miz,

    I suggest that you start with this tutorial READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal and see where that gets you. If you still have problems, repost and note the steps that you were able to complete and any problems along the way.
    Don't worry about HijackThis for now.
