help !

    Please help,
    When I restart or shutdown my computer I get the Program Not Responding box, which says "ShellIcon Hidden Window" What is this and how can I find and delete it? I did the search option and came up with nothing.

    Sounds like you've got a program running hidden.

    Do you have anything like scanner or graphics tablet software running in the background all the time?

    Can you check what you've got running at startup? (Start -> Run -> msconfig -> click Startup) Make sure you know what each of the checked items are.
