Help

I'm very new to this whole computer thing and I thought I'd ask for some help. I downloaded an antivirus program here - NOD32. It worked well for my pc, but when I downloaded it on the other pc we have - it seemed to work okay... until it had to restart, and now when it's on it shows just the screen background and non of the icons or menu... it seems like its frozen. I thought maybe I just had to wait it out and eventually the stuff would show... but that was since last night. I'm lost and have no idea how to fix it. I was told to restart the computer and then hold down F5 to select the "safemode". I did as I was told, but it didn't work. It's still the same... what can I do. I have windows XP on that pc. Please HELP and excuse my lack of knowledge and ignorance.

Download that mean you have a copy of it and setup it on your computer or Just a coppying of extract full version and use without install.

 

You tried F5 for safe mode?
Try F8.
