   Either are fine I have had no issues with them as I run most browsers from IE6/7 to Opera9 and FF/Flock
   
   IE7 is beta so must be treated as such as it can have some issues/faults with some setups in this testing phase so if you clone/image your HD then using betas is no problem but if you want stability they dont run them... stick to FF or actually I would suggest Opera 8.53 http://www.majorgeeks.com/download559.html which is seriously quick.
