    Ok guys when you see a job advertisement for Tech support level 1 and 2 and it mentions SAP experience, what exactly is it refering too?

    Hey Rez,

    By googling from what I can understand. Sap is the equivalent of having an A+ or a Microsoft Certification. I guess its a Certification/Trained Trait. Beyond that, really don't know.

    SAP is a business management software suite that can do nearly anything you need a software suite to do if you have a company. We use it to manage payroll, shipping, and to process orders at my company, as do several others. It looks a bit like this: http://www.renet-web.net/wp-content/iimages/SAPRFCPART15/collage.jpg

    So to RexRunner, what they want to know is if you've worked in that software before and if its familiar to you. :)
