    Use the link if you get the message that you have a missing DLL, OCX, SYS, VXD or INF file. Doesn't happen very often but your program won't work until you load the missing file.
    This site may have what you are looking for. Be careful if more than 1 version is listed though, depending upon your OS, usually. Bazza
