heretofind hijack

help!! im a victim of a heretofind hijack. Please note that i've run adaware ccleaner antivir etc. and now i see i have to run hijack this. May i have permission to post my log when im finished ty

Please run through the Cleanup Tutorial HERE:
READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan and Virus Removal

Doing this will remove a lot of crap that would otherwise clog a HJT log. Please note the steps that you are able to complete and the ones that give you problems. Note that you need to be in Safe Mode with System Restore OFF (if you have it - you didn't give OS) and have the Viewing of Hidden Files ENABLED as per the instructions in the link. Make sure to do the Online Scans.

Post back and let us know how you fared. Please send us a HijackThis Log with your post. Please follow the instructions below CAREFULLY!

Note that your HijackThis should be up-to-date (v1.98.2) and MUST be extracted to its own safe folder - C:\Program Files\HijackThis!

If you need a Fresh Download of HJT, get it HERE: HijackThis 1.98.2

Also note that, before you scan, you MUST close all running programs including your web browser, e-mail and items in the system tray.

Please save your HJT Log as a .txt file and attach it via the "Manage Attachments" tool in the Additional Options section when you post.

hi..sorry im running win98..i think i got most of it out but i have been reading about these new hijack things and i think i'll run ADSPY instead of hijack this. I believe this has a log too so when im finished ill post that log instead. Also please note the online virus and trojan scans don't work very well on my computer so am not using them. Ive gone through the check list for clean up including protecting myself from malware. Im running zonealarm antivir spybot search and destroy and still i got hijacked. That is why im going to run ADSPY instead. Thank you

things seem to be ok now..i haven't run hijackt this yet so hopefully i wont have to...thanks anyway for your help...btw i luv your site..i find it most helpful.

OK here is a copy of my Hijack this log. Sorry it took so long.. the only lines i can think of to delete are the corel thingies. Also the lines dealing with literati and canasta because i dont go there anymore. Thanks for your time and assistance
