Hello, I also have just received a HeroBook that I purchased on Wish. I went through the initial set up & did have some difficulties setting the PIN. I found a solution for that in the Chuwi forum & did what was said there - all went well until I did some updates. Now I have no wifi, the network & network adapters are gone & cannot be found, I have attempted a reinstall of Windows but that did not correct the problem and now since I cannot go online the copy of Windows 10 is not activated. So, any suggestions?!
