    not if you drink as much as I did.. I was trying to sip while we were outside.. but when I got inside I drank too much.. like 2 glasses of iced tea. The bread expanded in my stomach, I was all distended and it hurt. Had I used my better judgement instead of giving into my thirst, i could have easily done 20 slices. Don't forget you have to take a 60mph water balloon to the gut too.. ;)

    if i had a good reason to prove it, I'd take that bet. But i feel fat enough lately, i'm trying to discourage the trip my waist keeps trying to make over my belt.

    Where did you get the pizza? I hate over doughy... bleah

    Funny, that's why they don't throw rice at weddings.

    That 'too much dough and tea' excuse for a 'distended' belly only works for a day or two there Kodo.

    Yup. They are either owned or got bought out by the same company that runs Krispy Kreme. Same deal with Montana Mills... they're all closing up at the end of the summer. They have the BEST potato bread :\

    i got a fairly painful sunburn on my neck. I'm a red neck :p and so we wont do it at your house! I'm sure we can find someplace else with a hose and a plug! I passed a 7.5 lb child through one of my orifi, i think i can take it

    I got a sun burn on my neck too.. I also have a nice tan mark that resembles that outline of my sandles on my feet..lol

    Biologically impossible unless you're doing steroids. The most you should even think about putting on is 12lbs a'la natural. The average gain is about 12-15lbs per year after serious method body-building. 40lbs is a very very very lofty goal for a 7month push..

    My father was a semi-pro body builder until he got whacked in moto accident in 82. at 165lb and 5'2" he was at 390lbs in the bench for 5 presses. The record for his weight class was 400lbs back then. The man used to rip his shirts all the time. What I'm tryin to say is that I'm not blowing smoke up your ass. What you'll most likely end up doing is putting on mass and weight.. about 12lbs of muscle at max and about 15 -18lbs of fat so you're gonna get that smooth look. Whatever you do, don't try to rip, you can't gain if you rip.

    Work your legs first. When your legs grow, your body will know that it can handle more weight and it will be easier to build your upper body. You'll probably end up nearly tripling your caloric intake for a normal male which (if I remember ) is 2500 calories per day. So you'll end up around 6500 calories /day.

    Chicken, Rice, Egg white and Lysine were my favorites to take when I was lifting.. MRP's are helpful too because it's like a meal made to go so it cuts out the prep time of it and you can spend the time making regular meals and working out instead of making like 7 different meals per day.. Very time consuming.

    Don't shock your body with all those calories right off the bat, up it a few hundred per week to get your body used to it, otherwise you'll just "waste it out". Your body has to realize that you're working out before it says "HEY! I have all these extra calories I can use now".. That will take a bout 2 weeks or so of constant lifting.

    I would shoot for 25 to 30 lbs for that length of time.. but you'll have to be really focused.

    Best of luck to you man, I know how mind draining it can be to get motivated to make yourself piss tired.. lol. ;)
