Not knowing what programs you have or want to delete makes it alittle difficult to advise you.

You may wish to use a Startup Manager

You could also download MGTools.exe and attach the C:\MGLogs.zip so we can see what is running and what programs are installed.

There are a few things I can suggest to help you....but the main thing you can do to help yourself is to install a lot more ram.
    Code:
    Total Physical Memory 256.00 MB
    Available Physical Memory 49.37 MB

    Use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    Viewpoint Media Player

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
After clicking fix, just close HJT.

Run this: Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip.

I have also removed your MGLogs attachment for reasons I think you are well aware of.
