hi and please help

    i tried to posat this in the virus forum but it says i cant, please help me.
    just bought a la[ptop 2 days ago, and i have something called hotbar/zango
    i have norton, but i cant start norton, also i cant run spybot s and d, it says it cant connect to server. please help

    it will noty allow me to uninstall nortion and i cannot intall any otyher antivirus, this hotbar has me limited to what i can do, i want to do the malware steps but ot wont allow me
    please help

    Make a new thread in Malware Removal requesting help. ;) There are options we can try but I don't want to be posting about it in the welcome centre as it will only get moved to malware removal.
