since you said you were a programmer i thought you could answer a quick question.
My computer runs like crap after 2 system restores
i just want to take everything off and reinstall windows
but have no recovery cds :[
Is there a solution??

 

the only way to do that LEAGALY is to purchase a copy of XP without the discs you can not re-install!!i

the other way is the ILLEAGAL way but no one on this site will help you with that.

 

ok I have one cd for one of my computers
but It doesnt install it because it already has xp
but The system is screwed up

 

I am sure if i have made an error someone will correct me but what i did was to use a programme called KILLDISK to erase the hard drive and then install XP on a blank drive.

my disk can do it but i am not sure if every PC can?
