Hi from a newbie!

    Just saying hi before I get started in the forums.
    My knowledge of computers is pretty pathetic! I basically know how to read email, surf the net, and run disk cleanup, defrag, and antivirus/antispyware.
    I guess that's a good start, though!:)
    I am frustrated with my computer right now, and am looking forward to guidance in the forums!
