Welcome to the forums, if you dont find what you need, post a new thread in the forum area that most suits the question or issue you have, give as much detail as possible on the issue and some background info like...

What Windows version and Service Pack is the PC using.
What software is affected.
Step by Step to re-create the issue.
What you have already tried.

etc etc, you get the drift.

So if problem with Windows or a software application post in Software forum
If an issue with a hardware device not working the Hardware forum
If you have a virus/malware then the Malware forum but do follow this guide first READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
