Hi, I am new and I need help

I am new to this forum and I need help, if anyone has any suggestions for fixing bsod problems.

 

If anyone has any suggestions I could use them. When I turn my computer and try to run windows normally it runs up to the point of loading the desktop icons on the desktop then crashes. I am only able to run windows in safe mode.

I have already tried the memtest for 3 passes and have no errors. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate them. Thanks.
