Hi I really need your help please

I do not know too much about computers but I think I accidently erased my internet explorer browser cause it does not look the same please help me out here

 

youve proble just changed your tool bar go to veiw at the top and a drop down box will apear then where it says tools you can tick to setting back the way they where, if you what a nice browser that is safe get firefox you can get skins for it if you like plus its faster http://www.mozilla.com/

 

What do you mean by not looking the same?

Something that you can do to re-create IE.

Right click the desktop, then select properties. Next select "Desktop" tab, then the "Customize Desktop" button. Make sure that "Internet explorer" is checked within the frame "Desktop Icons". Press OK, then OK again.

If this fails, then try: Right click on desktop, select NEW, then "New Shortcut". When the "Create Shortcut" wizard appears, type in: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe Press Next, then type in Internet Explorer, Press Finish/ok.

I prefer firefox myself, but just downloading and installing firefox to fix an IE issues, is not a fix.

actually i went with your suggestion I did not get the internet explorer that was lost but i put some other browsers onthanks
