hi, i'm net. having start-up freeze for 60-80 mins & alert" low on vertual memory" ?

    Hi all, i believe i got a virus which is causing my computer to freeze for 60-90
    mins. when i boot-up. al so receive an alert that i'm low on vertual memory.
    i downloaded and ran malwarebytes. still have problem. any suggestions?
