hi im trying to change my fsb on a locked mobo

    Board: ELITEGROUP MCP61PM-AM 1.0
    Bus Clock: 201 megahertz
    BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 04/27/2007
    OS: Vista-32

    nothing allows me to access clock speeds. the bios wont let me, programs like clockgen wont let me, and i was wondering if you guys have any ideas besides buying a new mobo.
