I was reading and I thought I remember seeing that you can get rid of old system restore points on a computer xp? And there was a little (how to do it?) anyways it said to do it anyways after a cleaning, so its a new and fresh restore.. SO I was wondering how do I get rid of all the old ones and save today? Also is this stuff true save up some room? Or just dont bother You ll mess up your computer your tring to clean!

this is what you are looking for.

Double click on My Computer and right click on hard drive and select Properties.
Then click on Disk clean up.
In the new window, select Disk Clean Up and other options.
In the Other options press on Clean for System Restore"

To Doc I found that my thing is set to 12 percent max.

And to Bill I found that by clicking the thing I have 4.149,520 (it doesnt say KB) behind it but I can clean those all out? or no.:confused

After my malware check comes back and I am done. How should I go about deleting all my restores that are saved then save a fresh one for today? I got xp
