Hidden DSL Watch

Could someone please explain to me what Hidden DSL Watch is?
This comes up on my computer constantly and I think it causes
problems.

I have the same issue at times it uses a lot of cpu usage..
Can someone tell us what it is (1st off) Its something by bellsouth I think(not sure)
also can it be turned off?? I can end task,but every time I restart its there again...Somebody,Anybody help ^^^^with anwsers please.

also once i log onto EI it pops up under task manager,but once Im online I can turn it off and still surf..but if I turn it off before logging onto EI I cant connect..odd yes

 

Ok Ive found it,its from netopia a wireless card from bellsouth or from any other bellsouth provider service..It shows up under task manager applications as C3kWepN.exe after you to log onto e/i or any other for that matter ,click on process's then terminate the highlighted program..It does NOT affect your ability to surf and it hasnt come back as of yet after restarting the PC ...Seems like they were spying after all ...Pc is operating faster now as well...Damn peepers
