Hiding Icon from Add/Remove?

Hey guys I have a question concerning the Add/Remove program. I have a few protection programs(Sygate,Ad-ware, etc..) that I have set to block various sites so as to protect the pc.

The problem is, someone in the family keeps removing these for whatever reason. I have a feeling it is so they can use it to look up porn which I would rather not have no tmy pc.

Anyways since convincing them to knock it off is out of the question(tried to no avail) is there anyway I can set these programs so you need a password to delete them?

If XP you could set up user accounts & limit their activity that way.

 

It is xp however my parents need adminstator status and they won't password protect their account(no idea why, probably because they would forget it).
