High Definition Audio not working in Windows 7

Shows a yellow exclamation point and error code 10. have tried everything I could find online to fix this. I can't get an HDMI card because my monitor does not have an output for it. I am using Windows 7 Professional.

We need some more info from you: what's the make and model # of your machine (please include any Service Tag identifiers), and what Windows 7 Service Pack # are you using?

Also, please download and run Speccy, a free system information tool.

When the scan completes select 'File', 'Save as Text file', name the report, and save to an easily found location such as your Desktop.

Be advised: the report will display your IP Address and Windows Product Key. You may delete this information if you so wish.

Then attach that file to your next post per these instructions: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post or File Attachment Tutorial.

windows 7 drivers doesn't exist for your motherboard , you can follow this

Start - Run type this mmc devmgmt.msc - Ok - right click to yellow device - Properties - Details - scroll down the arrow finding Hardware ids - there is a code in the box , we need it ( select all - copy - paste ) the code here :wave

I downloaded it and installed it in compatibility mode for windows XP and it is not located anywhere. I checked my comp and it is nowhere to be found. I then tried to install it first then run it in compatibility mode and again nowhere to be found. I checked device drivers and the whole comp. Restarted as it requires and nothing. I typed realtek in the run menu and it is nowhere. It is odd because it installs successfully then seems to disappear after restart.
