high pitch

    I think I posted this in the wrong section earlier... but I have a high pitched noise on my cpu fan everytime I start something such as counterstrike... I can hear the fan squeeking when it speeds up is there any way to stop this I don't want to loosen or tighten before I know its safe... by the way this is a brand new vaio system specs 3.0 multi processor pc, and a gig of ram any help much appreciated
