Higher FSB, or larger L2 cache?

I've actually got a question for a change.

Finishing a "Frankenputer", and have two choices for the CPU. Dinosaurs though they may be, it's a good machine to run XP, and surf the net.

I've got two P4 processors, both 2.8 GHz, but one is 512k L2 cache 800 MHz FSB, and the other is 1MB L2 cache, but 533 MHz FSB. Logic would dicate to me that doubling the cache would outweigh the frequency loss, but I've been known to be wrong.

I used the Celeron D 478 processors for small paperweights.

    Any thoughts?
