HighJackThis?

Once you scanned your computer with HighJackThis is tells you to upload log to Trend and you are now in Trend Macro where and how do you get the log analyzed?

I remember doing this a long time ago and log was analyzed and solution was sent to me with what to do.

 

HJT should have saved a log on your PC/LT type in start or run .txt
But first off why are you running HJT, do you think your infected !

 

I don't think I am infected it is my annual check to clean my computer inside the case and hard drive. Just preventive practice I have done over the past 10 years.

Did not automatically save HighJackThis log to desktop.
Went to start/run and typed in .txt and was not located there.
What's the next step?

 

I went to the link that you provided and the items marked* did not pertain to anything I have from Trend Micro so I ran their free House Call scan and only found 2 problems which they fixed one and the other was ignored.
