Highlighted Words in Explorer

    So, I followed all the steps listed in "Read me first before asking for support" and still have highlighted words (like spam, music, relationship, etc) on internet explorer browser pages. I downloaded Hijack This but obviously don't want to delete anything inportant, though I did get rid of anything I saw with Begin2Search. If someone can offer assistance it would be greatly appreciated!

    it may not be spyware. Some sites use a javascript ad program that hi-lites releated words.
