I hope I am posting this in the right location. My Adaware and Spybot cleaned up most of my problems, but I am still getting pop-unders. I could use some expert help.

    Thanks!
    Thomas

1st kill these processes (if you're allowed to) in Task Manager:
    caxchg.exe
    winhlp32.exe
<-- both if there are two instances
    WyifV8CN.exe
    Pzb6v.exe

You may have the peper trojan, download and run this uninstaller while still online:
    http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe

Then run HJT again and fix these lines (if they're still there):
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [caxchg] C:\WINDOWS\caxchg.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [2cf2v5Fzh] C:\WINDOWS\Temp\2cf2v5Fzh.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [2SWZKN82R5K47C] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Qxe8l14U.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [system check] C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\updater.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winhlp32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\winhlp32.exe

Then reboot to Safe Mode and delete these files (if still there):
    C:\WINDOWS\caxchg.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\winhlp32.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\updater.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\WyifV8CN.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Pzb6v.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\Temp\2cf2v5Fzh.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Qxe8l14U.exe

Post back and let us know how it goes :)

    Thanks for the tips.

I did everything you said, exactly as you said, and it looks like I cant shake that "winhlp32.exe" ? WTF is with all this anyways? How can all this crap they managed to get on my machine be legal? Someone must be punished.

Try using DelLater to delete that pesky file. If you're still having trouble post a new HijackThis log and we'll see where you stand.
