HiJack this (How too's)

You guys have any good threads that tell how to work and use Hijack this?
I wanted to become a little more capable with it.


By the way the spyware threads - like "read this first" in this room are amazing, if someone actually does that stuff it would seem to solve 99 percent of all pblems, thanks oh great geek in the sky
