Hijack This Log Help Please!

Please note that no logs should be posted inline with your messages. You actually did not even leave a message explaining your problems and the reason for posting your log! It is a lot more useful to us when you explain your problems. HJT is not the first tool to be used as it is only for experts and it does not show very much of what could be going on with your PC. You also MUST get HJT installed properly. This is all covered in the below instructions.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

Move on to the next message now before posting a new HJT log!

 

After completing the steps in my previous message, run the steps in the below and attach the two requested logs from it.
