Hijack This ???????????????????/

I downloaded HijackThis v1.98.0 and it found 50 things. I tried to "print sceen" and use Paint and upload to Major Geeks and it says the file is too big. I then print screened and copied to Word (rich text file) and tried to upload and it said the same thing, file too big. I'm about ready to take a shot gun to my pc. How in the heck do I get it on the MG's web site so all you experts can review and help me to determine what to remove??????????????????????
