   I was just exploring the Hijack this Program (I have used it before) and i was wondering if i should delete things in the backup list? Would not deleting them make it easier for the things i deleted to return to my computer?

   As far as I know/think they would only come back if you ran them.... but I suppose if your computer is runnining fine with out them it would be okay to remove them...

   These backups are only registry entries. They are not the programs themselves. They cannot hurt you unless your manually restore them to the registry and you have never delete the associated malware from your computer.
