Hijacked Browser

So my browser has been hijacked, so that when I am surfing the web it will randomly take my browser to sites like advertyze.com and fastadvert.com. I already have AVG, Spybot, and Adaware, and all the files are updated, but nothing finds the problem. I went to Downloads.com and tried SpySweeper, WinPatrol, etc., but nothing helps.

And Windows will not let me restore to an earlier point, as all the restores I have tried have failed (although I have not had this problem in the past.)

I am basically looking everywhere now for help, as this has become extremely frustrating. I am running Windows ME. Should I just save what programs I can and wipe the system and switch to XP (I would end up losing quite a few programs), or is it worth trying to fix?

Any suggestions would be more than helpful.

Tried all that. In fact, I have been trying everything, and nothing works. As soon as I try to go to any type of SPORTS site (nba, espn, etc), I get hijacked. The page starts to load, and then I get re-routed. Same thing if I try to read movie news.

Any other suggestions?

So I posted my scan, and I went to the website to analyze it and it doesn't look like a whole lot is there. Any suggestions?
