hijacked to www.windowws.cc/.....

Can anyone help me get rid of whatever has infected my PC? It sets my homepage to www.windowws.cc/hp.htm?id=191 as well as adds a porn site to my favorites list. I can change my homepage, but each time I open IE, the other page is there. I tried running noadware in safe mode but it didn't remove it. I ran hijackthis but I'm not sure what to remove. I see some of the entries that were identified on another posting-thread as being part of the problem, but I don't know if there are other things that should be removed as well. Thanks...this is frustrating.
