Hijacker?

    I can't figure out what's going on with my pc. Spybot S&D keeps finding double click cookies in internet explorer when I haven't used internet explorer. A while back, Avast found a JS:redirector.mv virus and "removed" it. But it still seems that something isn't quite up to par. It seems to run hot (fan running) when nothing is really using up resources. And hijack this finds unknown winsock files, etc.

    I have gone through the 5 steps to cleaning and removal. I've attached the requested logs. Please tell me what to do next.

    You need to attach the logs from:
    SAS
    MBAM
    RootRepeal -- If it runs
    ComboFix
    C:\MGLogs.zip -- From running the C:\MGTools.exe
