hijackthis can i do this

can i do this with hijackthis. when i scan my system and it finds a list of enties , can i select all the entries and let the program take care of them . what will happen ,will it make a lot of programs not to functioin properly

 

That's not a good idea! There's a lot of stuff in there that's harmless and necessary. You need to be familiar with what you're doing or have someone who is look at it. This'll get you started:
