Have you run Ad-Aware, CWShredder or anything yet? You can remove the following, but without removing it at its root with a good spyware tool, they may just come back. You certainly did not read this:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/vb/showthread.php?t=35407 because you have Ad-Aware, browser, Nortons and a pile of other programs running which this explains not to do to make the log file shorter. Help us help you, read first, then edit your logfile the best you can, and post it again.

In addition to following Major's instructions and fixing the R0 & R1 lines you need to fix these too:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    O1 - Hosts: 69.20.16.183 auto.search.msn.com
    O1 - Hosts: 69.20.16.183 search.netscape.com
    O1 - Hosts: 69.20.16.183 ieautosearch
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {339BB23F-A864-48C0-A59F-29EA915965EC} - (no file)

I don't know what this next line is for. Do you!
    O3 - Toolbar: bindmemoblue - {80BD98C8-88D0-221A-00F8-0DC4EDF8F499} - C:\PROGRA~1\MP3REF~1\Save start.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll",Load

Did you have WinTools on you PC and uninstall it already. If yes, get rid of the next line:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Uninstall_WinTools] C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WTuninst.exe remove

I'm not sure what this next line is for but I don't feel good about it. Do you know what it is?
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [4 build] C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~2\DOWNLOADUSER.exe

Now boot in safe mode: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam
    and delete the following:
    C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll

Delete the following if you decide to have HijaakThis fix the lines above:
    C:\PROGRA~1\MP3REF~1\Save start.dll
    C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WTuninst.exe
    C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~2\DOWNLOADUSER.exe

By the way, I may not have been too clear in the last post. The following item should be fixed:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll",Load
