hijackthis log file

    I am trying to fix someones computer ( a friend from work ) and it a
    WinME operating system. I am using Spybot Search and Destroy, adawareSE, spyware blaster and there is no antivirus program installed.
    Can someone look at this log and tell me what I can delete? thank you....
    I am trying to install AntiVir but it wont allow me to .......

    I have done everything suggested in the "READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT:" tutorial and I still have major problems...... does anyone have any suggestions?
