   Can I post a hijack this log here? We use a popup blocker on Firefox but it kept showing it blocked a redirect and pop unders were coming up.

   No one looks at logs anymore, it's basically an outdated concept If you find a site that will do it for you by default, run away. Hijack This is to spot difficult problems, it is not a anti-malware solution If you think you are infected you can visit the forum Auggie linked to or try running Malwarebyes anti-malware or Superantispyware and see if you can remove the problems yourself.
